www.celluspare.com will NOT deal or provide any services or products to any of OFAC (Office of Foreign Assets Control) sanctions countries in accordance with the law of UAE.

Refunds will only be provided if the order is cancelled due to the following reasons:

• Product not available
• Product damaged
• Product out of stock
• Cancelled by the customer

Refunds will be done only through the Original Mode of Payment

Credit/Debit card Online - If an order is placed by credit card and the order is cancelled for the above reasons, the money will be automatically credited back to your Bank. This usually take 10-20 days depending on your bank after Celluspare has initiated the refund.

Cash on Delivery - If you have made a cash payment and the order has been cancelled due to the above reasons, we will offer an online voucher with the same value which can be redeemed online. No cash Refund will be provided.
