1. We have set some rules for the seamless shopping experience for our customers while shopping with us on our site.

3. The products supplied on celluspare.com are fulfilled by Perfect Link Technologies LLC. The company is located at Al Murar, Dubai, PO Box: 85162.

A.    Orders placed on Celluspare.com

1. All orders placed by you are fulfilled by celluspare.com.
2. All the orders placed on cellusale.com will be confirmed by us through call/message/email before delivering the particular order.
3. You can cancel the order for any reason before the order is shipped. We may also cancel the order if the ordered item is out of stock or if any other reason and will be informed through call/message/email.
4. While doing the payments online you authorize us to process your debit/credit card details with us and the third-party payment processer.

Payment modes:

• COD (Cash on Delivery)

B.     Delivery of orders

1. The delivery limit of any order is within UAE.
2. We ship items as soon as possible, the estimated delivery days will be 2-3 days as you order.
3. There is a fixed delivery rate of 15 AED per order.
4. All the deliveries will be confirmed before shipping and any delay of deliveries will be informed.
5. Customers need to show the identity card while the order is delivered to them.

C.     Returns and Refunds

1. Returns are accepted if the delivered item is not as described or the product is damaged upon delivery.
2. Returns will not be accepted if the seal is broken of the particular item.
3. The return request should be raised within 3 days once the product is delivered.

4. Refunds will only be provided if the order is cancelled due to the following reasons:

   • Product not available
   • Product damaged
   • Product out of stock
   • Cancelled by the customer
5. The refund will be initiated within 10 days once we receive the item.
6. The refund will be initiated in the original mode of payment.
7. Shipping fee is non-refundable in any circumstances.

D.     Warranty

1. Warranty details are mentioned in products specification page.
2. Warranty can be claimed only if the details of warranty is mentioned in products specification page.
3. Warranty for specific products such as mobiles is mentioned as manufacturer’s warranty, such warranty claims can be claimed in manufacturer’s service centers.
